Educating, supporting and celebrating moms is the focus of a new festival created especially for mothers.

The Total Mom Show, to be held in Toronto on Feb. 9 and 10, will feature a host of immersive activities, experts and services relating to health and well-being, mom lifestyle, productivity and empowerment.

“When I had my first baby, I felt overwhelmed and was scrambling for resources to prepare for motherhood,” says co-founder Anna Sinclair. “There was a lot of information out there but the challenge was trying to find the best advice that resonated with me.”

Sinclair chronicled her motherhood journey through her blog, Your Legacy Lifestyle. As she became immersed in conversations with other moms, decided to create The Total Mom Show. The Mindful Stage will showcase keynote speakers and panel discussions on the latest developments in wellness.

The event, to be held at The Symes in The Junction, will also feature zones like the Mom Life Hack Zone featuring life coaches, apps designed for mom life, concierge services, personal support resources and mom life hacks. The Mindful Mom Zone will offer support in mental, spiritual and inner wellness, advice in prenatal and postnatal care, lactation support, physical care and fitness coaches.

The Recipe for Life Zone focuses on nutrition and diet, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, recipes, supplements and homeopathic medicine. The Body Co. Strength, Balance and Stability Zone offers advice on how to refresh, recharge and create balance through fitness and an active lifestyle. Finally, the Face Forward Zone is about rejuvenation, relaxation and revitalization.

Attendees can book appointments prior to the show on The Total Mom Show app to get advice from experts. The Total Mom Pitch invites entrepreneurial moms to pitch to a panel of celebrity judges after applying online. The winner will receive a grand prize, mentorship and services to support the growth of their business.

The first 2,500 attending the show will receive a complimentary swag bag. Other features include pampering stations, complimentary stroller valet and detailing service, a meditation and fitness experience using the latest in Bluetooth technology and mindfulness advice. Learn more at,, or
