Glenn’s injury could move up Bridge to starting quarterback’s role for Saskatchewan Roughriders

Mississauga’s Brandon Bridge relieved injured starting quarterback Kevin Glenn Saturday in a 48-28 road loss by the Saskatchewan Roughriders to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Glenn injured his throwing hand, which depending on the severity may elevate Bridge into the starter’s role.

Bridge completed four of eight passes, one of which was intercepted, for 67 yards.

He scored a touchdown on a 10-yard run.
